The Westcapital Group
was founded in 1998, as a property development and investment company by Perth businessmen Alan Johnson and Ian Goodenough.

The company has grown from its first project of 4 residential townhouses to developments of more than 45 residential & commercial units.

Westcapital is also involved in land subdivision, as a joint venture partner in the company Claymont Westcapital.

Today, the company has projects in the Augusta-Margaret River region, Belmont, Currambine, East Perth, Gingin, Merriwa, and Mindarie.
